Kirts had also been in an “intimate relationship with [Nicole Bowen] for a few months.” Over the course of two months, Garth, Kirts, and Kirts’s friend Jason Palladino had “a couple” of conversations about “getting rid” of Bowen. On March 29, 2019, Kirts, Bowen, and Talitha Beckley were at Palladino’s house.
