Tr. Vol. V p. 146. On June 12, Brothers and Monroe initiated a conversation with Derek Hartz on Grindr. They arranged to meet with him at a wooded fishing area in Porter County and planned to “rob him of [his] vehicle by knocking him unconscious.” Id.
