Monroe Street. App. Vol. II p. 142. It was previously used as Montpelier High School and is over 95,000 square feet with approximately fifty classrooms, a gymnasium, and cafeteria. The assessed value of the property is $1.5 million. The property became vacant in 2022, and in 2023 the Blackford County School Corporation conveyed the property to the City of Montpelier.
