In return for a home equity credit line with a credit limit of $27,450, Blackwell executed a Home Equity Credit Line Agreement and Disclosure Statement dated November 23, 2005 (the Note), in favor of Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. doing business as America’s Wholesale Lender (Countrywide). That same day, Blackwell executed a mortgage in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS) as nominee for Countrywide (the Mortgage) securing the Note.
