On October 24, 2023, pursuant to a written plea agreement, Harper pleaded
guilty to Level 5 felony domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a person
less than fourteen years of age. The trial court sentenced Harper to three years,
with one year executed and two years suspended to probation. As a condition
of probation, Harper was ordered to submit to random drug screens and not to
use any controlled substance.
On February 28, 2025, while on probation, Harper tested positive for
methamphetamine.
