On August 4, 2022, Timberland Home Center, Inc. filed a complaint against
Streamline Investments, LLC, Martin Reedus, and Matthew Kumalo
(collectively, Streamline) under cause number 49D11-2208-PL-26557 (the Lis
Pendens Case). Timberland alleged Streamline failed to pay the amount due on
a “Commercial Charge Account” for construction materials advanced by
Timberland to Streamline. App. Vol. IV p. 186.
