Gober did not stop and remain at the scene or contact emergency personnel but, instead, drove to his home where he lived with his parents. The next morning, Gober’s father had Gober’s vehicle towed to a different property. Gober’s vehicle had conspicuous damage to the passenger’s side and hood, and his father paid for the towing service in cash.
