During the planning phase of constructing a house on that lot, the Albertsons submitted their plans, including blueprints, to the Homeowner’s Association (“HOA”) for approval. The HOA’s Architectural Control Committee (“ACC”) initially denied the plans for several listed reasons, including the Albertsons’ “[r]equest for a concrete driveway extension around the side of the home[.]” Appellants’ App. Vol. 5, p. 15.
