In March 2017, Noble County Sheriff’s Officers suspected Eminger of being a
“major . . . supplier” of methamphetamine out of his residence in Kendallville.
Appellant’s App. Vol. 2, p. 12. Acting on a search warrant, officers entered
Eminger’s residence. There, they located and seized an unknown quantity of
methamphetamine, paraphernalia, and $4,260 in United States currency.
