Tr. Vol. 2, pp. 151-52, 183-84. Officer Shaefer also observed the vehicle weaving in its travel lane, drifting over a fog line, and abruptly stopping. Officer Shaefer initiated a traffic stop, approached the driver’s side of the car, and identified Fair as the driver and the vehicle’s sole occupant. Id.
