Tr. Vol. 2, p. 39. During that time, he fondled or touched her with the intent to arouse or satisfy either his or her sexual desires. Around that same time, K.A. also knowingly or intentionally possessed images of sexual conduct by a child less than eighteen years of age. In March 2022, the State filed an amended petition alleging, among other things, K.A.
