(“Shorewood”) appeals and Rex Properties, LLC (“Rex Properties”) and Don Blum cross-appeal the trial court’s order to enforce the parties’ settlement agreement. Between them, the parties raise three issues for our review. However, we need only reach the following dispositive issue: whether the trial court’s order to enforce the parties’ settlement agreement is erroneous. We agree with the trial court that the parties had an enforceable agreement, and we therefore affirm its judgment.
