The vehicle then made a quick left turn onto County Road 105 without properly signaling. On that road, the vehicle crossed the center line at least three times. Officer Scott initiated a traffic stop and observed Salgado in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Salgado’s wife, Isabel, was in the front passenger seat.
