Real Property - Unauthorized Occupants - Sheriff's Property Registry and Removal

Authorizing a sheriff of a county to establish an Unauthorized Occupant Registry for residential real property located in the county in order to facilitate the removal of unauthorized occupants from dwellings on residential property in the county; authorizing a residential property owner to enroll the property in a registry established in accordance with the Act and to request the removal of an unauthorized occupant from the property by a sheriff, subject to certain requirements; etc.
