Sports Wagering – Wagers on Historical Horse Races – Authorization

Altering the definition of "sporting event" for purposes of provisions of law governing sports wagering to include historic horse races; authorizing certain sports wagering facility licensees to accept wagers on historic horse races that are made by an individual physically present and subject to certain limitations; authorizing sports wagering on historical horse races only in a designated area on the premises of a sports wagering facility licensee that is approved by the Commission; etc.
