Investor-Owned Electric Companies - Generating and Transmission Facilities - Authorization

Authorizing investor-owned electric companies in the State to construct, acquire, or lease, and operate, their own generating facilities and construct, acquire, or lease, and operate, certain transmission facilities; and repealing the authority of the Public Service Commission to allow an investor-owned electric company to construct, acquire, or lease, and operate, its own generating facilities or construct, acquire, or lease, and operate, certain transmission facilities under certain circumstances.
