Medicaid Management Information System - Surveillance and Utilization Review Subsystem - Publication of Procurement Schedule

Requiring the Maryland Department of Health to publish on its website a schedule for the issuance of a solicitation for the procurement of a Surveillance and Utilization Review Subsystem of the Medicaid Management Information System; and requiring the Department to publish on its website notice of certain time frames at least 60 days before the issuance of the procurement.
