Blair agreed to pay Garber $180,000 for the house in monthly installments of $2,000 with no interest. Blair also agreed to obtain a homeowner’s insurance policy and to pay the real estate taxes. The Note provides in relevant part as follows: If any payment pursuant to the Note is not paid when due, the entire unpaid principal and interest shall, at the option of [Garber] become immediately due and payable.
