Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Supportive Housing and Health Services
Requiring the Maryland Medical Assistance Program, beginning July 1, 2026, to provide supportive housing and health services to certain Program recipients; establishing requirements for professionals seeking certification as a certified supportive housing and health services professional and entities that employ or contract with supportive housing and health services professionals; requiring, by January 1, 2026, the Department to approve at least one accredited training and certification program; etc.
