Higher Education - Disciplinary Records - Use in Admissions and Disciplinary Proceedings

Prohibiting an institution of higher education from using an admissions application that contains questions about an applicant's disciplinary record, subject to certain exceptions; and authorizing an institution of higher education to make inquiries into and consider information about a student's disciplinary record for discipline related to academic dishonesty.
