Education - Youth Enhancement Program - Establishment

Establishing the Youth Enhancement Program within the State Department of Education to provide grants to certain nonprofit organizations to provide services to individuals residing in or attending public schools in Baltimore City or Baltimore County which focus on mentoring and academic and social instruction including continuous engagement into adulthood; requiring the Department to submit an annual report to the General Assembly by December 1, 2028, providing data on the services provided and students' progress though the education system.
