Cyber Maryland Program – Revisions
Transferring the Cyber Maryland Program from the Maryland Technology Development Corporation to the Maryland Department of Labor; altering the duties of the Program; requiring the Program to issue competitive grants and contracts to enhance cybersecurity workforce development, including cybersecurity for operational technology beginning in fiscal year 2026; requiring the Program in conjunction with other agencies to report on certain Program activities to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2026; etc.
