In 1985, the trial court entered judgment of conviction against Castile for five
counts of attempted murder, attempted robbery, and robbery, and sentenced
him to an aggregate term of 150 years, with 120 years executed in the
Department of Correction.
In 2022, Castile requested the prosecutor’s consent to modify his sentence.
