Fisher had been instructed by the laundromat’s owners to allow only persons who are at the laundromat for laundromat business to use the restroom there. If someone not using the laundromat attempted to use the restroom, Fisher was to ask them to leave. Around 6:00 p.m. that day, Gales, who was homeless, entered the laundromat and used the restroom. Fisher knocked on the restroom door several times and spoke to Gales in a raised voice.
