Bills and Johnson were angry that the order was incorrect and drove to Dairy Queen to speak to the store manager. At approximately 3:30 p.m., Bills and Johnson entered the Dairy Queen restaurant. Johnson was visibly carrying a handgun in the waistband of his pants.
