Motor Vehicles - Driving Records - Disclosure of Medical Diagnosis (Safeguarding American Families Everywhere Act)
Authorizing an applicant for a driver's license or a license holder to voluntarily disclose to the Motor Vehicle Administration certain information regarding certain medical diagnoses; requiring the Administration to include a description of the voluntary disclosure in the applicant's or license holder's driving record; and providing that the voluntary disclosure may be removed from an individual's driver's record on request.
