Officer Lichtsinn had a warrant for Baughman’s arrest and believed he was located at that residence. The officer observed two people leave the house, enter a vehicle, and drive away. He followed the vehicle, and after he observed several traffic infractions, he initiated a traffic stop. During the stop, Jamie Taylor, the driver, told Officer Lichtsinn that 1906 St. Mary’s was her residence.
