Alisa’s husband, Alan Lance Wright (“Lance”), worked at BioC and later became its Chief Operating Officer. In 2012, Lance filed for a dissolution of his marriage to Alisa. While the dissolution was pending, in 2016 Alisa filed a complaint against Lance, which she amended in 2017 to add BioC as a plaintiff.
