The purchase agreement permitted Buyer to obtain an inspection of the house, which she did. That inspection revealed, among other things, “[e]vidence [o]f [a]nimal [a]ctivity” in the attic and recommended identifying and correcting the source of animal entry. Ex. Vol., p. 29. The inspection also noted that insulation in the attic had been improperly installed and should be corrected.
