Civil Actions - Child Sexual Abuse - Repeal of Limitations on Attorney's Fees
Repealing the limitation to 20% of a settlement or 25% of a judgment that counsel may charge or receive in an action for damages arising out of a claim or claims of child sexual abuse filed on or after June 1, 2025.
