Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System and State Police Retirement System - Line-of-Duty Catastrophic Injury Disability
Requiring a certain line-of-duty disability allowance to be paid to a member of the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System or the State Police Retirement System who is found to be totally and permanently incapacitated, either mentally or physically, for the further performance of duty, and unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity.
