An off-duty police officer called Lawrenceburg Police Department Officer Greg Cannon to report that he “believed” the driver to be Koller, whom he knew to have a suspended license and an arrest warrant. Appellant’s App. Vol. 2, p. 20. The off-duty officer stated that Koller was parked at a gas station off of U.S. 50. Officer Cannon arrived at the scene and saw Koller turn onto U.S. 50.
