Allen pulled his vehicle up to Whitener’s location. Allen exited the vehicle, and he and Whitener stood on the street near Allen’s car. Whitener had received phone calls from Deontae Harris at approximately 8:00 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. At 8:52 p.m., Allen called Harris.
