Public Health - Health Innovation Zones - Establishment

Authorizing the local zoning authority in a county to designate a health innovation zone, a contiguous area that demonstrates measurable and documented health disparities and poor health outcomes; requiring a county, if the local zoning authority designates a health innovation zone, to establish, by law, certain incentives; requiring the Prince George's County Council to designate a health innovation zone in certain areas; authorizing the Prince George's County Council to designate additional health innovation zones in certain areas; etc.
