As she re-entered her house, she saw a man standing over her two minor daughters, who were asleep on a mattress in the living room, with his pants down and “holding himself.” Tr. Vol. 2, p. 47. It was dark in Martinez’s home, but she could see that the man was “light-skinned” or Hispanic and wearing a “wife beater” tank-top and tan shorts. Id. at 46-47.
