In 2010, the family moved onto a three-acre parcel in Noble County. Around that same time at that property, Schocke and A.S. were outside alone. Schocke “pinn[ed]” A.S. down, removed her clothes, and raped her. Tr. Vol. 4, p. 84. In 2013, Schocke and D.B. divorced, and A.S. lived with her mother. In 2015, A.S. made friends with a classmate, P.P., whose parents, Gary and Jennifer, had recently divorced.
