Charles Williams was a Worker’s Compensation Administrator for PAS at that time. On May 5, 1998, Olivares fell off of a ladder and suffered an injury to his shoulder “arising out of and in the course of [his] employment” with PAS. 1 Olivares’s amended complaint also named Charles Williams as a defendant.
