The State dismissed the public intoxication charge and Lee pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The court in F6-156 sentenced Lee to two and onehalf years to be served on home detention. The trial court later revoked Lee’s placement after he tested positive for alcohol on a breathalyzer test.
