Appellant’s App. Vol. 2, pp. 22-23. The kitchen worker noticed Abramowitz running toward the exit and closed the door before Abramowitz could successfully escape. Id. at 24. The next day, Abramowitz got into an altercation with one of the Detention Center officers. Id. at 45.
