Requiring the Department of Information Technology to post on its website the Statewide Information Technology Master Plan 6 months after the Governor is inaugurated in the Governor's first term; and requiring the Secretary of Information Technology to notify the Governor and certain committees of the General Assembly if the plan is delayed.
