Section 9.5 of the Company’s operating agreement provides as follows:
9.5 Purchase of David Gober’s Units. Notwithstanding the

right to purchase any or all of David Gober’s Membership Units
in the Company after David Gober has obtained twenty-five
percent (25%) of the outstanding Membership Units in the
Company or January 1, 2018, whichever occurs earlier.
