Other officers arrived on the scene to assist Officer Taylor. While Officer Taylor was preparing citations for Boyer’s infractions, Officer L. Spry 2 asked Boyer to step out of the vehicle. Officer Logan Gray then had his canine walk around Boyer’s vehicle.
