Davis was the ex-boyfriend of Bailey’s sister, Erica. Davis told Bailey that his sister was a “wh***” and threatened to hurt Bailey. Tr. Vol. I p. 65. Outside the gas station, Davis again approached Bailey, called his sister names, and threatened to hurt Bailey.
