At Vonhoene’s initial hearing on March 5, 2019, the trial court made the following general remarks: So, I need to advise [all defendants present in the courtroom] of some important information from the Indiana Supreme Court. This is called a Pro Se Advisement and [ ] before you decide to proceed without counsel you need to consider the dangers of proceeding without the aid of an attorney.
