The lis pendens notice was filed with respect to a suit in Hamilton County that did not name the Trust specifically, but did name Luke Tooley, Jr. The notice, however, was recorded by the Howard County Clerk. The notice asserted that, on January 3, 2019, “a Default Judgment was granted against Luke L. Tooley, Jr.
