Dan, can't imagine the lives you've done, let that get back there. For more, they can change the lives you've done, so they're increasing the fees on the right-of-the-right-of-the-right-of-the-self-problems. I do think that, but the trend is downward all over the state, but it's not by a law that just drives me so much. It's not growing, for sure. If those revenues start to decline and you become reliant upon those revenues for your recurring costs, obviously your recurring costs are going to increase your over-year. Those revenues start to decline and there's going to be an imbalance and there's going to have to be some way to fix that structural deficit. I won't reiterate the 20-29 local income tax transition again, taking up enough of your time. That's it. If you have questions, Amy has one? Yes. Well, and it's more of a clarification for all of us in the audience. You've made a statement throughout this report of increasing local income taxment. I think it's important to point out that that is an increase from what is written in this report as an estimate, not an increase for the taxpayer over and above what they are currently paying. Yes, that's a very good point. I'm not suggesting that you increase your local income tax, which I don't remember right off the top of my head what the total rate is, but that's why it's going to be important for the must discussions and the discussing with the other units what the total lit needs to be for the county, because the lit county services is only a portion of what the total lit would be. So the point five that we're talking about wouldn't end up hearing the total lit rate, that would just be the county services that goes directly to the county for use. There would also be fire and an MS lit rate. There could be a non municipal lit rate, which would go to the townships, the libraries, those types of units, and then there would be a county-wide municipal rate, which would go to all of the municipalities under 3,500, and those over 3,500 who opt in to that county-wide rate. So the point five is just the portion that you would collect. It is possible that you could collect a portion of the municipal county-wide. I don't remember off the top of my head in the lit analysis how much or if that's the case in Lawrence County, but depending on the makeup of the county, if the county makes up a large portion of the population, the county-wide portion of it does go to the county as well. So those are all analysis that we can run discussions during those types of meetings. So thank you for clarifying that.
