again, just for that, wanted to point out 0.5% is the amount that we're using for the county services lit for the FSP. The assessed value assumptions are here on slide 14. What you'll see from the parcel level analysis that we did is we're expecting slowed growth starting in 2027. So you'll see the county has had some relatively large growth, 2023, 16.7%, 2025, 14.4. And then based on our analysis, it looks like it's going to stay between 1% and 3% for 2027 through 2031.
