Which leads me to the next point at this morning's commissioner meeting. We table the resolution because we discovered it was a procedural area and so we didn't do it that time. But it's relevant to this. We didn't want to wait a whole another month to talk to you folks about it. We have a couple properties that we're considering selling that and we have initially been laid to believe that that money have go into CUNECAP directly from the sale proceeds. The State Board of Accounts finding now says it has to go through County General and then be reappropriated back to CUNECAP. Which would help us to alleviate this courthouse problem if it is to be as expensive as it appears it's going to be. Basically what I'm here asking is some assurance from you folks that you are agreeable to that type of maneuver.
