While in Anderson, Ryan Green’s car suffered a punctured tire, and Green
called Bryce Patterson for assistance. Patterson, along with his cousin, Dorien
Patterson (“Dorien”), drove from Fortville to Anderson to assist in replacing
the flat tire with a temporary replacement. Unbeknownst to Patterson, Green
was preparing for a drug deal when his car sustained the flat tire outside a gas
station.
