That's a request for $15,000, correct? Yes. So the $15,000, when you put them, it says house in residential. Do those people are they paying residential caregivers? I don't know. So, okay, sure. We're only talking about the youth that are put in a secured attention facility. It's basically jail for youth. So no, not residential care. That's a separate issue. And the county is not on the hook for those dollars. The county just has to pay for secured attention stays. So it would be like if the youth is harmful enough to the youth's self or others in the community. We're talking your serious crimes or maybe, you know, they're using methamphetamine. Something that's a very serious issue, and we have to get them out of the community. Can't safely keep them here anymore. They might be a harm or a threat to their siblings or to their mom or to their dad, and they just can't come home. And so those are those type of youth. Thank you. Any further questions for Judge Gary? Is this to cover expenses that have already incurred? So yes, great question. Year to date, remaining in the fund. You all budgeted $40,000. Are we budgeted? 40,000, I covered the entire year of that 40,000. There's $4,500 less for the year. And so we anticipate, hopefully, you know, these long holds for one single youths are very, they're not common. Okay, so that's not your usual youth. It's not our average state, but we just had a couple of those this year. So we anticipate 15,000 could get us through the end of this year. And the budget used to call for, I believe, around 60,000, NEDRA, 65,000. So a couple of years, we had really cut down our secured attention stays, and we felt we were going to try to maintain, but told you we'd have to come back if we could. You just never know what youth are going to come through. The doors upstairs. Okay, any further questions for Judge Galli? You show a current balance of 96,000, you said it was 4,000. Your today remaining, what I show from the data that I have is 4,500. That's what we have remaining. So this was termed in June 25th, and it's a fluid fund, they use it. Oh, okay. Sure, and we have, yes, it looks like, yeah, the dates just could have been that, there were a few in June that had to be detained. At the time on June 20th, that was the amount they had in their fund for that long. Probably just hadn't paid the facility back yet at that point. I do think they, NEDRA might know more, but I do think that they are a month behind. It, that would be our books, and there was a plan termed over almost $5,000. Okay. Okay, so that's what it says. Yeah, that's where it went. Okay, if there's no further questions, I'll call for a motion on Judge Gowdy for 15,000 additional. No, she did, right? I got a first from Janey. That's right. I got a second from Larry. Any further questions or comments? All in favor of motion, please say aye. Aye. Opposed? Okay, Judge. I really appreciate it. And if you have questions at any point, please feel free to call me. Thank you. Thank you. Okay, mark the turn on the stipend additional. So the additional, the first one is for the full-time stipend in the amount of $112,500. The second one is for the part-time stipend. And this is all coming out of the supplement list for $8,750, and I just need the approval to be able to put the funds in the line of pay-to-size. Okay. Any questions from Martha on this? Because we'll pay back in the previous piece. Not this, we just agreed to take it out of the supplement. Any questions from Martha? One motion for both appropriations or two motions? We'll do one motion for both of these. You good with that? No, yeah. Because we already okayed it in the previous one. I have a question. Okay. Is that for elected officials? So that was something that came up in our audit. Elected officials are not allowed to receive the stipend. So the stipend that elected officials received in January, we will be paying that back, according to State Board of Accounts. So we were able to stop the stipend from coming on to the elected officials, ARO or July. So no, not covered any elected officials.
